[BUG REPORT] Had to turn off UAC

I just upgraded to v18 on 2 different PC's (similar components), and I had to turn of UAC...otherwise MC18 crashed when trying to watch live TV.

I am also re scanning channels, because I think that the guide is messed up (IE: channels aren't matching, and are mixed up...I will report back on this one if it is the case)
