.bat files instead .exe encoder?! Is it posible?

I need to use two apllications in command line (encoder) on audio recording. I have in mind .bat file.
Anyone from JRiver crew maybe knows how to make .bat file which call two appllication.

.bat file must look like:

SOX %IN -t %OUT
LAME %IN %OUT
