I have my dvd collection ripped to M:\My Videos\Movies\Movie folders
Each file has its own folder with meta data.
But the file names aren't always the movie name...is there anyway to make the title of the movie in JRiver appear as the name of the containing folder?

You should be able to select all files you wish to adjust, then in the "Name" field in the tag action window, it will say "[Varies]", click to edit and enter:

=filefolder()

and press enter to apply.

If you have these setup in auto import, you can go into the settings and set this rule for the name field and MC will then take care of it for you automatically.
