Ripping problems
« on: April 13, 2002, 09:49:12 pm »

Occasionally a "Failed to import" message appears for some track in a CD (MP3 encoder, 96k, high quality). Repeating ripping for those tracks ends normally.

If you add track information to CD tracks while listening to library tracks, and use copy/past to fill in the track names, the copy/past function stops to work correctly when the playing passes from one track to the next.

The failed to import happens to me quite a bit. It can be tedious to go back and forth and see which ones were missed. I usually just reselect the ones that didn't import and re-rip them.

As far as part two of your question, you will have to get an answer from someone who uses that function. I have not tried it yet.

I made some changes that might eliminate these errors. Please post your experience with the next build (anything greater than 8.0.248).

Thanks,
