Lyrics Tag/Field Not Read By Itunes/Ipod

I am keeping my library up to date with MC, and synchronize directly my two android players from MC (a phone and Nook). But I still need Itunes11 to synchronize my Ipod Touch.  The lyrics tag/field in MC18 is not read or used by itunes, therefore I can't see the lyrics that I know are there.  How can I have Itunes read this field? I tried using an "unsynced lyrics" field using a foobar2000 trick I read somewhere, but that did not work.  Any sugestion for this? Thank you!

i use itunes 10.5
with the lyrics fields no problem

the program can send mc database fields to the itunes library
