I have installed JRiver 18 with Windows 7. When I Tried to open theatre view, you could read: error Starting 3D Engine (error loading D3X9-43.dll).

Then I have installed a Program which fix all dll problems (dll files fixer).

Now we can get into Theatre View, but after hear two songs, the PC shuts down itself.

Please could you help me??

If you're getting a blue screen, it's a hardware or driver issue.  The first thing to try is to update the video driver.
