Unable to type/edit or rename tags/names etc

Unable to type/edit or rename tags and names of playlist etc ...
When for instant selecting "rename", text edit box appears but nothing happens when typing. Same when trying to use action window.

This is not typical.  Do you have any special mouse or keyboard software installed?  Anything that might be generating or intercepting mouse/keyboard input?

Any windows skin software (like Window Blinds or similar)?

Party Mode active?

In the "View" menu, is there a tick beside "Party Mode?

Other thought is that the library is loaded as "Read Only". Are any other instances of MC connecting to your library?
