which drivers required ?

I'm putting a 2-channel streaming music system together and want to run it with JRiver on a Mac Mini controlled with JRemote on an iPad. I'm considering connecting the Mac Mini to a NAD 390DD amp which is all good except the NAD wants its own drivers installed on the computer side.

My question is whether the installed NAD drivers on the Mac Mini would interfere with JRiver in any way? Do you know if JRiver wants (or insists?) on its own drivers being installed?  Another amp I'm considering (Rotel RA-1570) also wants its drivers installed ... so same question ... any ideas?

I realised I mis-read the NAD information. OS X versions 10.6 and newer have USB audio 2 drivers installed by default so the NAD one isn't required.  JRiver should just work.

Welcome.  JRiver can talk to any sound device that's installed (and with zones can talk to them all at once).  MC doesn't have drivers of its own.
