Tried to do a portable install to a flash drive and I must've seriously messed something up, because my main install on my laptop reverts back to a trial version every day. This only started happening after I read a forum post and attempted to do a portable install to a flash drive and activate it. I don't get how or why this happens. I've burned through about four restores now trying to fix it.
What is the best course of action? I'd hate to have to uninstall, wipe registry files and start over given how much time I've taken to get MC18 set up properly.
