Can anyone help me

I have MC18 installed and using WASAPI audio out
RWhen i run Systweak reg Clean Pro on my p.c. it changes the audio settings to Kernel Streaming and will not play back music.

Also all the streaming options have now disappeared and no way of changing the settings back
I have to use system restore to put settings back to prior to doing the Registry Clean
