Getting HDCP errors on Amazon?

I'm using Chrome and kept getting these error msgs... AFTER I had already rented a film! (Fortunately, AMZ refunded my $ each time after I asked them to please do so.)

It turns out to be a (Microsoft) Silverlight issue. The workaround is to enter chrome:plug-ins in the Chrome's search field. Then scroll through the resultant list and disable Silverlight.

Need Silverlight for something else? Simply repeat this process, this time enabling Silverlight.
