Tracks are there, but not showing

MJ 7.2.272 suddenly can't see my MP3 files. They're still there, the options still say that it's looking in the right place, but nothing shows up in the playlists, media view, or anything else.

Double-clicking on an MP3 causes them to play in MJ, but I need my playlists!
