There are numerous instances where MC19 resets your current View Scheme when making tagging changes.

Like most user, I suspect, I have the default? 'write to tag changes to files when changed' enabled.

When ripping a CD, and trying to work on my library, MC becomes unusable.

If I save tag changes using the Tag section in the tree, I see my view scheme reset, scrolling to the top of a long list.

I hope that disabling writing tags will help for now, but I hope the writing of tags can be shoved wholly into a background process without affecting the GUI so much. It's really cumbersome right now.
