CDs converted to Flac files

Can anyone tell me how to convert my CDs to Flac files? I'd like to know the easiest method to take care of this.

just rip the CDs using J River MC, using FLAC encoding. Go to Tools, Encoding, Encoder: FLAC Encoder. Then, Rip the CD and its files will be in FLAC.
