Not sure if this is too far fetched, or if anybody else will like the idea..
In the main program the window where you view the tracks or view the thumbnails etc, to my understanding it operates like a browser as you can view web pages and use html style tags.
How about being able to open a new tab in a new window. It would be perfect for comparisons of files using different views simultaneously if you have more than one monitor..
