mc18 program guide for tv not correct & missing channels

this has been not correct for most all mc18 for me .tried many different options, terrestrial antenna ONLY (TV antenna) some channels missing ,others should be abc when they list as cbs

I'm >slow >class here > need > steps here> please > if >you > catch >my >drift
