How do you keep the ripped files in the right order.

Hi I am new to this. I have about 100 Cd-s that were ripped to mp3 and now I am trying to rip them to FLAC. I can rip them ok but they show up in my Library with the songs not in the order that was on the CD. It wants to put everything into a-z, now I have added a CD that have several artist on it and now everything that I have ripped so far is mixed up with the new album. I am not the fastest learner on working this stuff any help form you would be nice.
