ISO Playback on MC19 Plus Windows 8.1 Hangs UI

Playback of high bitrate ISO files (SACD) causes UI to become unresponsive whilst playback continues.
CPU Utilization at 15%
Memory Util for MC19 is 1.1gb
MC 19.0.67 build
Playback WASAPI AYRE USB max 192
Open for exclusive playback

Repro.

1. Start MC19
2. "Play" SACD ISO file that had been import (Repro on multiple SACD ISO images)
3. Select non-SACD and use "Add to Playing Now"
4. Playback continues but UI is locked and cannot access any UI.  Must "End Process" in task manager to regain control.
