Hello, everybody, new user here hoping to get some help on an issue:

Upon downloading MC19 for Windows 8, I was displeased with artists that begin with the article "The" put in alphabetical order in the "T's".
Playing around with the settings, I found "Move articles to end" which seemed to have fixed the problem.
It wasn't until later that I discovered a separate setting reading "Ignore articles" under Tools -> Options -> Tree & View.

I would like to have my artist and album list in alphabetical order like normal, but simply ignoring the articles.
Is there anyway to revert all my artists AND albums from (Name), The back to The (Name)??
I would enjoy seeing "The Clash" after Clancy Brothers instead of seeing "Clash, The"

Any help out there?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

In the latest version of MC, you can also put the articles back to the beginning with Tools>Library Tools>Clean File Properties>Move Articles.
