19.0.87 "Latest" update failing

Anyone know why 19.0.87 "Check for Updates" with Update channels > Latest says:

 Media Center is up to date (19.0.87)

despite that http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=82548.0 says

 JRiver Media Center 18.0.212 -- Available Here
 This is the latest version of MC 18.
