i purchased media jukebox and computer crashed. i have lost registration number
purchased credit card mastercard account number [number removed by JimH]. please help me to get registration number to unlock jukebox. much appreciated. purchased 2001

This is not going to save you any money but it will save you alot of grieve. Go back and use the CC again D\L MJ save your rrg file and chalk the loss up to experience. This will get a thread going you won't believe. I will donate $10.00 on your next purchase if we get two more you are home free. RRG files are real important but if it crashed while you were downloading thats a different story.  JimH might be sympathetic to that otherwise you may have to take the donations.

It is apparently a costly accounting nightmare for JRiver to deal with this problem on an individual basis.  $25 does not pay for a lot of phone or email contact time.  You can save JRiver accounting and labor costs, and time, mereley by re-puchasing as many times as necessary.  You can simply tell your credit card company that only one payment is authorized.  Credit card companies have the staff to easily enforce only one payment per product.
