Within our collection - we have purchased a number of BluRay combo packs containing BR, DVD and "Digital HD Copy".

Just wondering if I can download my copy and then play (or stream) via MC? Or are we talking some kinda of funky DRM within the files? I have the option of a "iTunes" version, Windows Media or CinemaNow.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Yes.

To answer your question... Maybe.

If they're compatible with iTunes/Quicktime or Windows Media Player, you might be able to get them to play in MC if you use the "external" encoding engine.  This would be easiest if they are M4V files (for iTunes), because you can assign that filetype separately in MC to use the Quicktime Engine for playback.

Before you can try to get them to work in MC, though, they have to work through Quicktime Player.

I'm not sure at all about WMV formatted copies, but they might work via a similar mechanism.
