Stuttering with Asus Xonar D2X ASIO

I had to swap soundcard from Auzentech X-fi Bravura 7.1 to Asus Xonar D2X because of this bug.

The new Asus card sounds fine, but when I open Chrome Browser the sound stutters. I cannot surf when listening to music :-(. I did not have this problem with the Auzentech card.

Any help appreciated.

There is no problem with WASAPI, using it instead.

Does this mean there is a problem with Asus ASIO driver?

Asus's default drivers cause problems for a lot of people, so it may well be your driver.  There are some third party drivers for Asus cards that I've personally had good luck with here: http://maxedtech.com/asus-xonar-unified-drivers/   

You might want to try the unified drivers and see if they help.
