home xp, cannot get juke box to work on other user accounts

I have a pentium cerelon 1.3ghz computer with the XP home operating system. I install media jukebox, and it works fine in the XP user account I installed it from. If I change to a different XP user account, media jukebox will open but will not play mp3 music. The music is stored in the shared folder, and the media juke box was install in c:\programs. It doesn't matter if the other XP user accounts have administration privilages or not.

Try installing it again as the other users.

I have a somewhat similar problem with MJB and XP.  MJB was installed before I upgraded to XP.  Originally only had myself as ADMIN and USER.  MJB work fine.  After setting up separate ADMIN account and changing my user account to Limited I get an error message "Registration failed to initialize" and MJB will not start.  Do I need to reinstall as USER and if so will I lose my settings and library?
