[New build did launch] JRiver Mac 19 won't launch - bouncing icon

[Just installed most recent build and it launch fine.]

Hi,

JRiver was working fine yesterday. Just tried to launch it and I get a bouncy icon on the application bar. If I hover over it, Force Quit is automatically an option.

My Mac was asleep overnight - no new software, etc installed.

Any thoughts?

Also - could someone on the JRiver team let me know what the official support email is, or do you only work through the forum?

You'll have to Force Quit, and then reboot.  There is an issue (being worked on) that causes a stuck process to not die; hence MC, won't open again.

Try the new build posted at the top of this board.  (19.0.119).
