Shame on all responders to bbear.  He bought the program and doesn't like it.  To talk about his/her 'brightness', abuse, etc. lessens you all.  Your remarks were utterly uncalled for, and I think retractions are in order.  I have seen Jim H rip new ones to people who used comments like these, but you are all devout MJ users so I guess you will get off lightly.  But you shouldn't.

i've posted hundreds of times--sometines silly, often off topics, but nearly always in good spirit and in an effort to be helpful

with the thimble full of people who want to come here and waste everyone's time by initiating these types of child-like threads

I'd suggest that you try calling just about any tech support for any company , begin with that line and the tone that tends to accompany these simple-minded statements, and see how long it takes to hear a "click." if you were lucky, you'd get a warning before the click. this is that warning.

I agree that everyone is entitled to their opinion.  BUT there is a thing known as tact and common courtesy.  This post was the same as someone walking up to you on the street and slapping you in the face and then walking off.  No explanation, no reason.  I've seen people come to this board and post problems and most of the time they got helped, and if they didn't it wasn't because people ignored them, it was because no one knew the answer.  As for the responses above, they are users that are not bound by the same rules as JimH.  As for JimH's responses, he's asking bbear to tell us what's wrong and MAYBE we can help.  It wouldn't be the first time that someone has come in with attitude and was helped AFTER they lost it and explained their problem.  The users of MJ are happy to help when we can but not when someone has an attitude.  It all a matter of courtesy.  That's all we ask and we'll try to help.
