DLNA and renderers, not clear to me
« on: March 11, 2014, 01:34:22 pm »

this is probably already answered somewhere but i can not find it in a clear way.

I have the following situation :

1. iMac with MC which is my server but also connected to my Audio Research DAC and thus main player
2. 2 sony Bravia TV's
3. 1 pc connected
4. 3 ipads with jremote connected to the same server
5. 1 iphone with jremote connected to the same server

Oh yes, it is only used for music
My question, i see that i can setup different DLNA servers, but i can not find how to make sure that the renderer uses the correct settings ?
I found that sometimes the files do not play correctly on some devices.

Right click the DMR you see under Playing Now, and select Associate with DLNA Server and select the server.
