It looks like you are trying to bitstream multichannel files (5.1 audio) to a stereo DAC.

You will have to disable DSD bitstreaming and have Media Center downmix them to a stereo PCM output.
This is found under: Player > DSP Studio > Output Format > Channels: 2 channel (stereo)
You may also have to change the settings for "Greater than 192,000 Hz" inputs to a format that your DAC supports, such as 176.4kHz. (I'm unclear on whether the QuteHD supports 352.8kHz or not)

If you want to leave DSD bitstreaming enabled for stereo tracks, you will have to set up separate zones - one with bitstreaming enabled, and another set to convert DSD to PCM.
You will then have to set up Zone Switch rules based on the number of channels in the source. (less than or equal to 2ch, and greater than 2ch)

Personally I just convert everything to PCM as it is more convenient, and allows me to use features such as Volume Leveling.

You can use Output Encoding to convert everything to DSD, if that's what you prefer.
But you will be using a DSD > PCM > DSD conversion step. I prefer only converting things once. (DSD > PCM)
