Problems with integer mode
« on: April 28, 2014, 10:13:09 pm »

Actually the problem is with turning off integer mode. When I do this, I get allot of static that overpowers the music. Also, when integer mode is turned off, what format is the data sent to the DAC? Floating point numbers?

Thanks!

OK, I think we've had other people using that unit successfully.  What file type are you playing? Does it occur on different file types such as WAV or MP3?  In Audio / Device settings, do you have Buffering/Hardware set to "Hardware default"?

I am playing ALAC files I can try it with AAC and MP3 files. I have it set to ODAC as the device. I have default settings for buffering and hardware default.
