Can I delete specific tags from MC

I have been converting most of my library from WAV to FLAC. Although I have deleted the WAV files from my music directory when conversion is complete, I was surprised to see that both the WAV tag and the Flac tag are listed in MC. I thought that when I deleted the wav data from my music directory that the wav tag would automatically be deleted from MC. I know that I can delete each wav tag individually but this will take forever and I am looking (and hoping) that there is a simpler solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure that I understand the question.
Are you looking to remove WAV files from Media Center's library?
 
If you enable "Fix Broken Links" for auto-import, it should do this automatically.
