Why?

Why is it every time you put out an upgrade deal for a new version, there is always a flurry of posts:

"Why must I pay again, I just bought a license last month?"

"Where is the new version, I paid and ran the downloaded file but the new version is not there?"

Every time there's an upgrade . . .
over and over . . .
the same posts year after year . . .

Perhaps your users need to learn to read?
Perhaps you need to post the info more effectively?
Perhaps you need to find a better way to 'market' the upgrade?
Perhaps you need to find a better way to offer the upgrade discount?
Perhaps you need to change the offer?

The fact that this all repeats pretty much in the same fashion each time there is an upgrade offer indicates that there is some underlying problem in the methods that is not being addressed.

I know it makes Interact rather a mess for weeks, it has got to drive you guys crazy.
