low video volume-help, please
« on: February 08, 2002, 12:00:38 am »

I have trided playing two different .avi files.  The volume is normal in realplayer & ms media player, but when I play them in MJ, the volume is very low.  Do I have to enable a special setting or plug-in? The windows volume is maxed out.  Please help.  Thank you.

Double click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of your desktop and set wav level to max.

Of course, if you had DSP functions available for video files, you could boost it with the preamp, or even Replay Gain it. Please, J River, pretty please?
