Ran out of restores

The help on what to do with this is simply post it to the forum ? is that correct ?
I've ran out of restores (each time you restore a backup you need to restore the license as well, whick is kinda strange) but anyhow could you please reset the count

Trying to not run out of restores, when I try to restore my license I get an MC18 license and not MC19

Could You help me out Jim ?

Pretty strange since i've never owned a windows computer :o
Please tell me how I come by my (Mac)MC19 license
Just had a power outage that killed my HD so trying to restore everything :'(
