Minimserver not showing in Playing Now section
« on: September 17, 2014, 03:56:52 pm »

I have Minimserver installed on a PC/Windows 8.  JR19 is also installed on that system and I do see the Minimserver library present in the list of JR libraries and can load/link to it with no issues.

However on my other PC in a different room, I don't see the Minimserver library in the Playing Now section.  Why isn't it visible and how do I make it visible?  All firewalls are turned off and I have the DLNA enabled sections checked off.

Help!  Thanks in advance.

Yes, Media network is turned on everywhere.  I can see the shared library of the other PC, just not the Minimserver library that is installed on that machine.

Thanks.

The wiki has a topic called Network Access.

Check the Media Network instructions there, too.
