mp3 plugin

I am a new useer of media jukebox.  When I try to download the mp-3 plug in from the decoding section of my options settings, I get an error message from Netscape that it doesn't recognize the file.  What do I have to do to be able to download this plugin?

Use Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.

I don't think it workes with netscape.
