Windows resizing and moving between screens
« on: October 08, 2014, 04:32:37 am »

Hi!

Is it possible to enable win+arrowkey (keybordshortcut) in jriver for moving and resizing the application window? Win+Up works for fullscreen but it is not possible to exit fullscreen from there and it is not possible for me to move the application between screens.

Thank you for your help and time,

I can explain why it doesn't work but I can't say whether they'll do the work to implement those features manually.  The why doesn't matter, though, so I won't bother.

However, I can say that MC works quite well with Display Fusion, which enables keyboard shortcuts for window management on multi-monitor systems much better than those built into Win7/8.

I believe thoroughly that if you have a multi-monitor system, and you're not using Display Fusion (or maybe Ultramon, but that's grown a bit more clunky over the past couple years), then...

You're Doing It Wrong.

Thank you! displayfusion seems to work fine with it. i don't like to have to use 3party apps but as long as it works its fine!
