Help can not get mc20 to restore

I need help, I cannot get my MC20 to restore on second system when I ask for my license via email it sends the same license / registration code I have. But when I ask for a restore I get the message "We could not find that license". I have not restored MC20 so I have not exceeded the 10 restores. I have the original install key number but it has been more than 14 days since installed the original MC20 on my laptop. Have tried all the links to no avail.

I have put in my registration code many times and that's when I get the message "we could not find that license"

Are both systems on the same platform... Windows vs. Mac?

Yes both are windows the laptop is win8.1 which was the first to upgrade from MC19 then tried at later date to update the win7 desktop.

I have been to the restore page many times and when I put in my license that I have received from jriver via email I get the message we could not find that license. Do I need to delete the MC20 and start over? When I email jriver with email address I get back both my MC19 and MC20 license numbers MC19 restores fine MC20 doesnot.

Please read Restoring a License on our wiki.

Make sure you have installed MC20.

Mac and PC are separate licenses.

Received email from Deanna cut and paste and it worked, although it was the same registration. Thanks for the email and effort as I now have MC20 (long term music) on both my systems.
