Cannot connect with WebGizmo

I have used WebGizmo for years with older versions to control JRiver with an iPad while sitting on the couch. I upgraded to MC20 but cannot access using the browser in my iPad. When I go to jriver.com/webgizmo.html and enter my access key, a new tab opens with my IP:52199/Gizmo/mode.html but the page is blank.

What happens if you do Options > Media Network > WebGizmo > Open with web browser...

I see the WebGizmo page on my computer.

It had not been working. Today when I clicked on my desktop icon, it went through an update or install or something. It extracted files and when it opened, I did click on the open in web browser. The remote opened up just fine on the computer. I then tried on the iPad and and it works there too.
