Hi,

When I swipe left and add a track to a Playlist the Playlist doesn't show the track. I receive the message that the track has been added but the Playlist is empty when I browse it. The Playlist remains empty no matter how often I swipe left and add a track. I have JRemote 3.09 and IOS 8.x on both my IPads and JRiver 20.0.27/33 on my PCs.
It doesn’t work with any of my IPads or PCs which leads me to think I’m doing something wrong. What am I missing?

I am not really sure. Could be that "add to playlist" requires the use of authentication.
Do you currently have authentication enabled on your MC?

Hmm. Authentication doesn’t ring a bell. I can’t access my MC right now. Where should I check to see if I have inadvertently set (or not set) any authentication?

Tools > Options > Media Network > Authentication.
Make sure it`s checked.

That was it.   Been using MC for over a year and I still don't know half the options
