Install problems

I am going nuts over this! I resently had to format my hard drive after a major crash. And now I downloaded MJ 7.2 over again to reinstall it and it keeps saying Installiwizard has screwed up and I need to reboot if I keep having this problem. Any tips? I am a Plus, Pro whatever owner
