When i select MP3 encoder i have this error:

There was a problem loading the selected encoder.
The default encoder has been automatically selected.

I don't have a problem with other encoder.
I have MediaCenter 20.0.49

What i need to do to resolve this problem.

Oh boy, that's a mystery.

Can you try reinstalling?

If it still happens, could you provide a log from Help > Logging?

Also, when it's first selected the encoder will need the internet to download pieces.  Is it possible you have internet disabled?

Thank you for your information.

With my computer i'm behind a proxy/firewall and url filtering, so I haven't thought of a communication problem because other activities over the internet work properly, also the other codec i have configured. Probably the site was blocked by url filtering.

I am connected with a direct line to internet and the encoder was installed.
