Auto Import not working consistently for me [Solved]

Auto Import doesn't seem to be working for me anymore. I'm on MC 20 Build 47. If I shutdown and restart MC it will pick up the new additions, but not if MC is running and the files and directories are moved.

Any ideas?

I am also on build 47...and I can confirm that some items that I copied over yesterday morning did not auto import.

I've made several changes, so I'm not sure what the impact of each was, but it works for me now quite well.

I'm on the latest stable version.

I seemed to have a bunch of troubles when I installed F.Lux. I removed it.

I rebooted.

No more problems.

Since F.Lux takes control of the screen, there may have been a conflict with MC; I don't know.
