DSP Output Sample Rate has Disapeeared

Media Center 19, CAPS 1 computer not used recently.  Getting it going again and using High Resolution Technology DAC - good to 96 k.

Using WASPAI

Under Tools->Options->Audio->Settings the Dialogue to Down Sample is no longer visible.  It was before as I recollect.

What have I done wrong/fritzed/forgot?

Sample Rate can be configured in Audio -> DSP & output format.., in the "Output Format" section. I don't see how it could disappear from there.
