trying to register v 18 but fails
« on: January 31, 2015, 09:51:55 am »

I have tried to install the licence onto the program on a new hard drive, after having a hard drive failure and keep getting an error message which is as follows:

Error restoring Media centre licence:
Invalid licence, error code=22I have had v16 before I purchased that , I am trying to install the licence for v 18 and the mjr file is for the correct version.
I have now tried to download the file 3 times and get the same error message
please advise thanks
Rod

The license must match the version you have installed.  Please see Restoring a License on our wiki for details.

It IS  the correct licence and version, that is what the problem is(was)!.
Anyway ,I have solved it myself, I have uninstalled the program and then cleaned the windows registry of references to JRiver and reinstalled the program, The SAME mjr file then worked..
