Sound delay(SPDIF and Analogue)
« on: March 05, 2015, 11:42:58 pm »

Hi
I have noticed that when i use my headphones with analogue connection and the home theatre system conected via spdif simultaneously, there's a slight mismatch between the both outputs... Spdif output gets delayed by milliseseconds..
Any fix for this???

If you are using separate Zones for each output in Media Center, you can add a delay to the analog outputs via the Parametric EQ to bring the two into sync, or try reducing the buffer size for the S/PDIF output.

That's the problem with digital signals; there is additional processing which must be done to play them, and that takes time.
