Theater View - How To Access

I have my Plasma HDTV connected to my Mac Mini via HDMI. I WAS READING ON THE JRiver Wiki about Theater View but when I go to >View I cannot find the option for Theater View.  What am I doing wrong?  How do I get Theater View to work?

Theater view is currently only available on MC for windows.
