It seems to be that if I have auto import enabled (its only pulling from one folder now, I just put new things there), regardless of where the folder is or what it contains, after a little bit JRiver crashes on the server which hosts my library and serves to clients. Some more details, the clients can access files and the library no problem, its merely the program itself which once 'crashed' becomes unresponsive. Log hasnt shown me anything and I've repeated a couple times now and compared but surely if its needed I can post for you guys to look over.

Any ideas?

Already gone through all of this. Hows best for me to post my log?

My current library is large but not that large, just shy of 200k tracks I think

This produces a zip file on your desktop that can be attached to your post on the forum

The article states:

    The steps you've taken to investigate or address the issue (see above).
    Important: The log zip file created by the Report Problem button under Help > Logging

For further information on collecting the log package appropriately, please see Logging.

The log zip file text, and the please see Logging text, are both linked to the Logging wiki page, if you need more detail on how to collect the files.  If they happen to be too big to include in a post on Interact, there are suggestions to solve that there as well.

Here you go. Sorry about that, I kept trying to find a way to attach file, turns out its hidden under "Additional Options" someone should mention that.
