Long time JRiver user here -- been using version 17 - 20 and enjoying it.  My current version is 20.0.87, running on windows 7 SP1 pro.

Recently, since version 19, i am experiencing random crashes every day or two. I've followed suggestions here: http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_Guide, and below is an example crash:

I have enabled logging for a few days now and have seen similar message at TopLevelExceptionFilter, with different message and lparam/wparam. I cannot reproduce the crash deterministically, as the crash happens at random times, not during music playback or anything. (I need it running all the time as I use it as media server to serve another computer, and DLNA video to my TV).

I have been running the same configuration for a few years without issues and i haven't changed any hardware on my PC. I am half suspecting there's some hardware stability issue, but all my other software are behaving fine.

Any suggestion on what to do next?

Please post the full log zip after a crash, as produced by the Report a Problem button. It contains extra info that may help us identify the cause.
