QHD screen problem

MC main Menu with QHD(Intel HD5500 4K) is broken and loading forever.
font scale use 200% but MC20 title is so small and I can't not read it.
mine is MC20 downloaded on 4APR2015.

No one use QHD screen(3800x1800) with Windows 8.1 ?
Any suggestion ?
