I have just tried to reinstall MC 19. But I got an error message saying that Windows cannot access the folder where MC is supposed to be installed. But as the administrator, I have full access to this folder.
I would like to upgrade to the latest version. But if I can't resolve this problem, I will not be able to upgrade.
